Terms and Conditions 816bet – Clear Rules for Safe Betting

To use the 816bet platform — whether for Sports Betting, live casino, slots, or any other available product — you must create a personal account and accept these Terms and Conditions in full. Completing registration means you agree to all the rules set out in this document and to the Privacy Policy of 816bet.

Mandatory registration requirements:

816bet allows one account per user, linked to the CPF provided. Any attempt to create multiple accounts to stack bonuses or circumvent limits will result in the immediate suspension of all accounts involved and the cancellation of any pending balances.

The user is solely responsible for keeping their login credentials (email and password) secure. 816bet is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from the user's own negligence in protecting their login details. 816bet accepts deposits exclusively through Brazilian payment methods. International transfers, cards issued abroad, or any payment method not listed below are not accepted. All deposits are processed in Brazilian reais (BRL).

Sports betting at 816bet follows a standard set of rules that apply to all events available on the platform. Individual sports (football, MMA, basketball, e-sports, volleyball, tennis, etc.) may have additional rules available on each sport's dedicated page.

Bet result:

• Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the governing body of the relevant sport.
• In football, the result is based on the score at the end of regular time (90 minutes plus stoppage time), unless the market explicitly specifies extra time or penalties.
• In MMA and UFC, the official result is the one declared by the referee or commission after the fight — medical decisions and DQs (disqualifications) are handled according to the specific rules of each market.

Cancelled, postponed or suspended events:

• If an event is cancelled or postponed by more than 24 hours from the original scheduled time, all bets will be voided and the full amount returned to the user's balance within 24 hours.
• If a football match is abandoned after kick-off but before 90 minutes have been played (i.e., before regular time is complete), 1X2 and handicap bets will be voided. "Next goal" markets that were already settled before the abandonment remain valid.
• In multi-round tournaments (Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, World Cup), if a specific stage is cancelled, only bets on that stage are affected — bets on the overall tournament winner remain valid.

Incorrect odds (obvious errors): 816bet reserves the right to void bets placed at clearly incorrect odds resulting from a technical error or data feed failure. An odd is considered obviously incorrect when it is significantly out of line with the market compared to other bookmakers. In such cases, the staked amount is refunded in full.
