Registration & Account

Registration at 816bet is free and takes under 2 minutes. Go to the registration page, fill in your full name, CPF, date of birth, phone number and email, then create a password. Confirm your email via the link sent to your inbox and you are all set — your account is immediately ready for deposits and betting. No documents are required at this stage. Document submission (KYC) is only required before your first withdrawal.

No. 816bet allows one account per CPF. Creating multiple accounts violates the Terms and Conditions and will result in all associated accounts being blocked and any pending bonus balances being cancelled. If you are having trouble accessing an existing account, our 24h support team can help you regain access without the need to open a new one.

816bet is an 18+ platform only. Registration requires age confirmation, and identity verification (KYC) validates your actual age before your first withdrawal. Any account identified as belonging to a minor is closed immediately, with the deposited balance returned to the original payment method.

KYC (Know Your Customer) is the identity verification process required before your first withdrawal. You will need to submit a photo of your RG, CNH or passport along with a recent proof of address. The process takes an average of 15 minutes during business hours. You can deposit and bet normally while KYC is still pending — it only affects withdrawals.

Details such as your email and phone number can be updated in your account Settings after a security verification. Identity details like your name and CPF, being tied to KYC verification, require you to contact the 24/7 support team via live chat, with an updated document. Keep your account email up to date — it's used for password recovery.
Deposits & Payments

816bet accepts Pix (instant, from R$ 10.00), boleto bancário (R$ 20.00 minimum, 1–2 business days), credit or debit card (R$ 20.00 minimum, instant), PicPay, Mercado Pago, and TED bank transfers via Nubank, Itaú, Bradesco, Banco do Brasil, and Caixa. Pix is the fastest and most recommended method — the balance hits your account in under 30 seconds.

The minimum Pix deposit is R$ 10.00. For boleto bancário and credit or debit card, the minimum amount is R$ 20.00. For PicPay and Mercado Pago, check the minimum in the Cashier menu of your account — it may vary depending on the current promotion. There is no daily maximum deposit limit via Pix, though per-transaction limits may apply depending on your bank.

Pix deposits are credited in under 30 seconds. Credit or debit card: instant. PicPay and Mercado Pago: up to 5 minutes. Bank wire (TED): same day if sent by 5:30 PM on business days. Bank slip (boleto): 1 to 2 business days after payment. If a Pix deposit does not appear within 10 minutes, contact our 24h support team with your payment receipt.

No. 816bet charges no fees on deposits made via Pix, boleto, TED, or debit card. For credit cards, your card issuer may apply a fee that appears on your card statement — this is not charged by 816bet. Check your card's terms before using that option.
Withdrawals

Go to the Cashier menu in your 816bet account, click Withdrawal, and enter the amount and the destination Pix key (linked to your CPF). Confirm the request and processing takes up to 5 minutes — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including weekends and public holidays. The KYC must be completed before your first withdrawal. Once verified, all future withdrawals are even faster.

Pix withdrawals are processed in up to 5 minutes. There is no processing window — you can request a withdrawal at any time of day or night, including during Carnival, Christmas and other national holidays. If the funds have not arrived within 15 minutes, contact 24/7 live chat support with your request number.

The minimum Pix withdrawal amount is R$ 30.00. There is no maximum transaction limit for users with verified KYC, though withdrawals above certain amounts may go through an additional security review, which is typically completed within 1 hour. 816bet charges no fees on Pix withdrawals.

The most common reasons for a pending or declined withdrawal are: KYC not completed or documents rejected; bonus rollover requirement not yet met; Pix key does not match the CPF on your account; security review triggered by a high withdrawal amount; or an active account restriction. In all cases, 24/7 live chat support can tell you the exact reason and what steps to take to release the withdrawal.
Bonuses & Promotions

When you make your first deposit after registering, 816bet automatically credits a 100% match bonus on the deposited amount, up to a maximum of R$ 1,000.00. No promotional code needed — the bonus is credited automatically with your deposit. The bonus is subject to a wagering requirement (rollover) that must be met before any withdrawal. Full details are available on the Promotions page. The bonus is valid for 30 days from the date it is credited.

Rollover is the wagering requirement that must be met before you can withdraw a bonus. For example: a R$ 100.00 bonus with a 5x rollover means you need to place a total of R$ 500.00 in cumulative bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Your rollover progress is visible in the Bonus section of your account. Cancelled bets, bets cashed out before settlement or bets placed on markets excluded by the promotion may not count toward the rollover.

In addition to the 100% welcome bonus up to R$ 1,000.00, 816bet offers: weekly cashback of up to 10% on net Live Casino and slots losses (credited every Monday); boosted odds on selected Brasileirão, Copa do Brasil and other competition matches; weekly and monthly slots tournaments with BRL prize pools; and personalized offers sent by email and SMS to active users. All current promotions are detailed on the Promotions.

No. Bonus funds are only available for withdrawal once the full rollover requirement for the promotion has been met. You can withdraw your real account balance at any time — however, doing so before completing the rollover will automatically cancel any remaining bonus balance. Check your rollover progress in the Bonus section before requesting any withdrawal.
Sports Betting

816bet offers betting on over 30 sports. Football coverage is comprehensive: Brasileirão Série A, Copa do Brasil, Libertadores, Premier League, Champions League, La Liga, Italian Serie A, and much more. Also available: volleyball, basketball (NBB and NBA), MMA, UFC, tennis, Formula 1, e-sports (CS2, League of Legends, Valorant), futsal, rugby, and more. Pre-match and live betting are available for most events.

Live betting at 816bet lets you place bets while the event is in progress, with odds updated in real time. Go to the "Live" section on the platform, pick your event, choose your market, and confirm your bet. Some markets are temporarily suspended during key moments (goal, corner, card) and reopen shortly after. Cash out — closing your bet early — is available for most live events.

Cash out is the option to close a bet before the final result, receiving a partial amount calculated based on the current odds. It can be used to lock in a smaller profit when the game is going your way, or to cut your losses when things turn against you. To use it, go to "My Bets" during the event, find the active bet, and click "Cash Out" — the available amount is shown in real time. Not all bets have cash out available.

A parlay combines two or more selections on a single bet slip, multiplying the odds of each selection together. All selections must be correct for the bet to win. The potential payout is higher than with single bets, but the risk is also greater — one wrong selection and the entire slip loses. To build a parlay, simply add your selections to the bet slip and the platform will automatically calculate the potential return.
Live Casino & Slots

816bet's Live Casino features live roulette, blackjack, baccarat, live poker, and game shows — including Crazy Time, Monopoly Live, and Fortune Wheel — streamed with real dealers in real time. Tables are available 24 hours a day, with betting limits ranging from R$ 1.00 to R$ 10,000.00 per round, catering to both casual players and high-stakes bettors.

816bet offers over 800 slots from world-renowned providers: Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Play'n GO, Microgaming, Hacksaw Gaming, Nolimit City, and more. The catalog includes classic slots, Megaways titles with thousands of paylines, progressive jackpot slots, and crash games like Aviator. New titles are added every week. Everything runs directly in your mobile browser — no app download required.

Crash games are a game type where a multiplier climbs progressively after each round starts — and you need to cash out before the multiplier crashes to zero. The longer you wait, the higher the potential multiplier, but also the greater the risk of losing everything if the crash happens before you withdraw. Aviator is the most popular title in this category available at 816bet. To play, go to the Casino section, search for "Crash" or "Aviator" and set your bet amount.

Account & Security

On the 816bet login page, click "Forgot my password", enter your account email, and wait for the recovery link. The email arrives within 5 minutes — be sure to check your spam folder. The link expires in 30 minutes, so set your new password as soon as it arrives. If you no longer have access to the registered email, our 24h live chat support can help you recover your account through identity verification via CPF.

Accounts can be blocked due to too many incorrect password attempts, pending KYC, suspected irregular activity, or at the account holder's own request (voluntary pause or self-exclusion). Contact 816bet's 24/7 support via live chat or at suporte@816bet.best to find out the specific reason and next steps. In most cases, the issue is resolved during the conversation itself.

After logging in, go to Settings and then Security. Enable two-factor authentication via SMS to your registered phone number. With 2FA active, every login from a new device will require a confirmation code sent to your phone — an important extra layer of protection, especially if you use 816bet on shared devices.
